  • During new launches, sale events, or festive periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Standard Shipping

Tracking & Delivery Updates

Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts before returning a shipment to us.
  • If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or repeated failed attempts, the order may be returned to our warehouse.
  • Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatching such orders.

Address Changes

Delays, Damages & Lost Packages
