Cancellation Policy
At Amoura Kids, we understand that plans can change. You may cancel your order subject to the following terms.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before they have been packed or shipped from our warehouse.
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
- To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at help@amourakids.com with your order number.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
- For prepaid orders, the refund will be initiated within 2–5 business days after the cancellation request is approved.
- The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
- Orders placed using Cash on Delivery (COD) can be cancelled before dispatch without any cancellation charges.
Amoura Kids' Right to Cancel Orders
Amoura Kids reserves the right to cancel any order under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Product unavailability
- Errors in pricing or product information
- Payment not being successfully processed
- Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
In such cases, customers will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued for any prepaid amount received.
