Order Cancellation

Before Shipment

  • You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped by contacting our customer support team.
  • Once your cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed within 24–48 business hours.

Important Notes

  • Individual items within an order cannot be cancelled separately. If requested, the entire order will be cancelled.
  • Once a cancellation request has been submitted, it cannot be reversed.
  • If an order has already been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and will be subject to our Return Policy below.
  • Orders purchased using bundle offers or promotional combinations may be cancelled only in accordance with the promotion terms.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

Refunds are processed promptly after the cancellation request has been approved.

Prepaid Orders
For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, Wallets, or Net Banking:
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Processing time: 24–48 business hours.
  • Depending on your bank, it may take 2–7 business days to reflect in your account.
Cash on Delivery
For orders placed using Cash on Delivery (COD):
  • Refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
  • Customers may be required to securely share their bank account details.
  • Processing time: 24–48 business hours after approval.

Promotional Discounts & Coupons

  • Coupon codes and discount vouchers are valid for one-time use only.
  • If an order is cancelled or returned, the value of the coupon will not be refunded or reissued.
  • Any promotional benefits applied to the order will be adjusted accordingly during refund processing.

Easy Returns

  • We offer a hassle-free return policy for eligible products.
  • You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a successful return:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
  • Original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories must remain entirely intact.
  • Any complimentary gifts received with the product must also be returned.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • Original tags, labels, or packaging are missing.
  • The return request is submitted after 7 days from delivery.
  • The item was purchased as a final sale or non-returnable product.
  • Complimentary promotional products are being returned separately.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

We quality check every order, but if you happen to receive a damaged product, a defective product, or an incorrect item, we are here to make it right.

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear photographs of the issue with our support team.
  • Once verified, we will arrange a priority return pickup and process a full refund or replacement.

Return Pickup & Partials

  • Pickup: Where pickup services are available, returns are typically collected within 2–5 business days after approval.
  • Partial Returns: You may return individual items from an order. However, each product must be returned in full (including its accessories). Promotional discounts may be adjusted.
