At Amoura Kids, we strive to ensure that every purchase brings comfort and joy. If a refund is approved, it will be processed in accordance with the terms below.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued in the following situations:
- An order is cancelled before it has been shipped.
- A returned item successfully passes our quality inspection.
- A damaged, defective, or incorrect product is received and approved by our team.
- An exchange cannot be fulfilled due to unavailability of stock.
Refund Process
Prepaid Orders
- Refunds for prepaid orders will be initiated within 2–5 business days after approval.
- The refunded amount will be credited to the original mode of payment used during purchase.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- Refunds for COD orders will be processed via bank transfer.
- Customers may be required to share their bank account details to facilitate the refund.
- COD refunds are generally completed within 5–7 business days after approval.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued if:
- The product has been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Original tags, labels, or packaging are missing.
- The refund request is made beyond the applicable return period.
- The item falls under a non-returnable category, including personalized products, accessories, gift boxes, or items marked as Final Sale.
